Kindly take note of the following during registration:
*A maximum of two papers is allowed for standard author registration and only one paper for student registration. Standard and student registration includes all scientific sessions, workshops, exhibition, welcome reception, on-site lunches, coffee breaks, and gala dinner. All accepted papers must be supported by a full conference registration paid by the corresponding author. Each full conference registration will support up to two papers.
(a) A full-time student (not including post-doctoral fellow) must provide proof of full-time status (i.e. copy of valid student ID card or letter from affiliated institution’s head or program director).
(b) Includes lunch and coffee breaks for the workshop days.
(c) For attendees who are not authors/co-authors of an accepted paper. Includes all scientific sessions, lunches, and coffee breaks of the selected day.
(d) Includes lunches and coffee breaks for the competition day.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations received by the conference secretariat in writing will be accepted. Refund with remittance charge deducted will be processed after the conference (i.e. after December 7, 2023). Please send your request to: icsr23@qu.edu.qa. The refund policy is given as below:

Social event with banquet on 14.12.2022 is not included in standard and student registration, it should be separately purchased.
All accepted papers must be supported by a full Conference Registration paid by the corresponding author. Each full Conference Registration will support up to one paper. If authors have another paper (max 2 papers), they must pay an extra fee as detailed in the “Registration Page”.
